Meet Finn.
Finn is the AI built into FinTurk, not an assistant bolted onto the side of it. Because the platform was designed for AI from day one, Finn can reach every note, household, task, and allocation in your book. It drafts the work. You approve it.
This demo plays on its own. Hover over it or move focus into it to pause, and use the suggestion buttons to ask Finn a different question about your book.

Finn proposes. Nothing changes until you say so.
Every action Finn takes on a task, review, allocation, or record goes through an approval step first. You see exactly what it intends to do, and it waits. That is not a setting you switch on. It is how the assistant is built, because a fiduciary cannot answer for something an AI did quietly.
From a sentence to a record you approved.
Four steps, and you are the one who closes it.
Ask in plain language
Type it or say it. No command syntax, no picking the right screen first.
“Remind Sam to raise $25,000 for the Harmons’ daughter’s wedding by March 15.”
Finn reads your book
It pulls the context itself: the household, its cash balances, linked accounts, and anything already open.
Checking the Harmon household: cash balances, linked accounts, open tasks.
It drafts, then stops
You get a complete proposal with the owner, due date, and linked record already filled in, marked pending.
Task: Raise $25,000 for the Harmon wedding. Assigned Sam, due Mar 15.
You approve
Nothing is written until you press it. Edit first if the draft is close but not right.
Approved. Task created and assigned to Sam.
Set up an assistant that works the way you do.
Under the hood it is one simple thing: custom instructions, carried into the start of every conversation. Guided onboarding writes them for you — answer four quick questions and Finn generates the instructions, which stay yours to edit whenever you like.
What Finn calls you
Your first name, a nickname, or whatever feels natural.
How you like to communicate
Four styles, from concise-and-direct to formal-and-professional. Finn matches it when drafting emails, notes, and reports.
Your job title
Finn tailors responses to your day-to-day. What an operations lead needs from a client record is not what an advisor needs.
Anything else it should know
Optional, and anything goes. Finn turns your answers into custom instructions you can read and edit whenever you like.
How do you like to communicate?
This helps Finn match your style when drafting emails, notes, and reports.
A workspace, not just a thread.
Most assistants give you a chat window and leave you to go find whatever it just mentioned. Finn can navigate the platform and open the relevant records beside the conversation, so the client record, the sub-item and the exchange that produced them can all be seen while you chat.
- Actions open as drawers and pages, not links you chase
- The conversation stays alongside the record it changed
- Pop the whole conversation out into its own second window
What Finn actually does.
Everything here is live in the product today.
Everywhere you already are
Finn is a floating chat you can open from any screen, and it pops out into its own window when you want it alongside your work. You never navigate to the AI. It comes with you.
It knows your whole book
Ask about any client and Finn answers with the full picture: notes, households, tasks, meetings, reviews, and allocations. No copying context into a prompt.
Talk to it out loud
Voice input is built in. Speak a request and Finn transcribes it straight into the chat, which is faster than typing between meetings.
A workspace, not just a thread
Finn's actions open as drawers and pages in the platform, so a client record, a sub-item, and the conversation that produced them all stay side by side.
It builds automations for you
Describe the workflow in plain language. Finn drafts it, then hands off to a read-only preview in the Automation Builder so you can inspect every node before it goes live.
It builds schedules and reports
Recurring schedules in plain language through the Schedule Assistant, and report proposals that follow the same review-before-it-exists handoff.
Review in bulk
When Finn surfaces a batch of proposals, such as allocation drift across many households, you can review and act on the whole set at once.
Custom skills and sub-agents
Build your own skills to automate processes unique to your firm, or create custom sub-agents for specialized workflows. Extend Finn’s capabilities beyond out-of-the-box actions—no engineering required.
An AI your compliance officer will love.
Firms don't hesitate on AI because it's unhelpful. They hesitate because they can't see what it did, what it cost, or who authorized it. Finn answers all three.
Approval on every write
Tasks, reviews, allocations, and records all require sign-off before Finn touches them.
Spend you can see and cap
AI usage is tracked per user and firm-wide, with spending caps and warning thresholds you set.
Admin-gated where it matters
Automation building sits behind an admin permission, so not every seat can ship a workflow.

“FinTurk has allowed us to implement and leverage the benefits of Artificial Intelligence in a way that has compounded our growth. Our advisors are now able to serve more clients, better, in less time. The results are nothing short of incredible.”
Finn is one part of the platform.
The reporting, automation, and allocation tooling Finn drives are worth a look on their own.
Put Finn in front of your own book.
A pilot runs on your data, your workflows, and your firm, set up by our team. That is the only honest way to judge whether an assistant knows your book.
